SRC Compression Socks
Legs feeling heavy, tired and achy by the end of the day?
Noticing swelling in your ankles after hours on your feet, a long flight, or late in pregnancy?
Getting up to pee more than once a night and wondering if it's your bladder?
SRC Compression Socks use graduated compression to improve blood flow, ease swelling, and relieve tired, achy legs, so you can stay on your feet without paying for it at night.
Chosen by our pelvic health physiotherapists
Here's something most people don't know: waking up to pee at night isn't always a bladder problem. When fluid pools in your legs during the day, your body moves it back into circulation when you lie down, and your kidneys turn it into urine overnight. Research shows that wearing graduated compression socks during the day is a safe and effective way to reduce nighttime urination (Mizoguchi et al., 2023). We recommend SRC socks to clients dealing with night-time trips to the bathroom, pregnancy swelling, or long days on their feet. Support for your circulation while we work on the rest of your bladder plan.
SRC Compression Socks may be helpful:
- During pregnancy
- For waking up to pee at night (nocturia)
- If you spend long hours standing or on your feet
- As flight socks for long-haul travel
- For athletes looking to support performance and recovery
How to wear them
Wear them on their own or with our SRC shorts or mini shorts. Please don't wear them with any SRC leggings, as the two together will put too much compression on your lower leg.
You don't have to accept heavy legs or broken sleep as part of getting older, being pregnant, or working a long shift. There are simple solutions and specialists who can help.
SRC garments are medical compression garments. Ask your insurance provider about coverage for therapeutic compression - many plans include this benefit.
Same price as buying direct from the manufacturer, shipped from our clinic in Canada in 4 to 6 business days.
