I took my 2 year old here for an Osteo assessment with Alex. My daughter was so relaxed and enjoyed all of the gentle and subtle movements. She almost fell asleep on the table, she was so zen.
Alex was absolutely amazing with my child. Her bedside manner is unmatched and she really has a way with children. My daughter is usually very shy and she warmed up immediately, and Alex even made time to make sure my daughter's stuffed animal had his turn getting his "back checked out". Her back tightness was improving after one session.

These shorts provide excellent support. I don't realize how much they are helping until I take them off and then I wish I had them back on haha. I put them on before I hop out of bed which help greatly to decrease pressure, pain and discomfort. I am usually a small but when i measured myself the size guide said medium. I i thought it might be a bit big but the fit great. So definitely use the recommended size. Iwas hesitant to buy them but I feel they were well worth it.
