Vacurect™ OTC ED Pump

$330.00

Erectile dysfunction is far more common than most men realize, and it is treatable. The Vacurect™ OTC Custom Model is an FDA-registered vacuum erection device that works without medication and without a prescription. You order it, it arrives in plain packaging, and you use it at home.

Most vacuum pumps come in several pieces that need assembling before use. The Vacurect is one piece. There is nothing to put together and nothing to interrupt the moment, which matters more than any spec sheet when you want intimacy to stay natural. Five tension rings let you find the fit that works for your body, and the kit includes a water-based lubricant and a storage pouch so everything stays together between uses.

We are a pelvic health clinic in Dundas, Ontario, and we have worked with men on bladder, bowel and sexual health concerns since 2017. Our physiotherapists like vacuum therapy because it is a well-established, drug-free approach, and a good fit for men who cannot take ED medication or would rather not. If you are unsure whether a vacuum device suits your situation, ask your doctor or a pelvic health physiotherapist first, and we are happy to be that second set of eyes.

Common questions

Can I buy a vacuum erection device in Canada without a prescription?

Yes. The Vacurect is an over-the-counter vacuum erection device, so no prescription is needed to buy it in Canada. It ships from our Ontario clinic in plain packaging, free within Canada on orders over $150.

How does a vacuum pump help with erectile dysfunction?

A vacuum erection device draws blood into the penis, and a tension ring then holds the erection for intimacy. It is a well-established, drug-free approach to ED. It manages the symptom rather than curing the cause, so it pairs well with care from your doctor or a pelvic health physiotherapist.

Will it fit me? How do I pick the ring size?

The kit comes with five silicone tension rings in different sizes, and there is nothing to measure. The manufacturer's method is simple: start with the largest ring and work down until you find the one that holds an erection comfortably. Always use the loosest ring that still does the job. It should feel snug, not painful. If the erection fades quickly once the cylinder comes off, the ring is too large, so go one size down. If the largest ring is still too tight, call us and we will sort out a larger one.

What makes the Vacurect different from other ED pumps?

The Vacurect is a one-piece device, so there is no assembly before use. Most vacuum pumps come in multiple parts that need putting together each time. It also ships with five tension rings for custom sizing, a water-based lubricant and a storage pouch.

Can I use a vacuum device after prostate surgery?

Vacuum erection devices are commonly used in penile rehabilitation after prostate surgery. Timing and frequency matter, so ask your surgeon or a pelvic health physiotherapist before starting. Our clinic works with men on post-prostatectomy recovery and can help you build a plan.

How is it used for recovery, compared with intimacy?

There are two ways to use it. For healing after prostate surgery, most men use it daily: pump up to a comfortable erection, hold for a few seconds, let it down, and repeat for about ten minutes. No ring is needed for this. The pump brings blood and oxygen into the tissue on purpose, like physiotherapy for the tissue, which helps protect length while the nerves recover. For intimacy, pump up to a full erection, slide the ring onto the base, take the cylinder off, and the ring keeps you firm. The ring comes off within 30 minutes, always. Follow your surgeon's guidance on when to start and how often.

Who should check with a doctor first?

The manufacturer asks anyone on blood-thinning medication (such as warfarin), or with a clotting disorder, sickle cell anemia, priapism (prolonged erections), Peyronie's disease, or reduced sensation or pain in the area, to talk to their physician before using a vacuum device. Two rules for everyone: never leave the tension ring on for more than 30 minutes, and never fall asleep with it on.

What is normal, and when should I call someone?

A little bruising or a few small red spots can happen, especially at first or if you take blood thinners, and it usually fades. The erection may feel a bit more mobile or pivot at the base, which is normal with a pump. Ejaculation may feel different or be briefly held back by the ring, and that is harmless. Take the ring off right away and call us or your doctor if the tip turns cold, pale, bluish or numb. Seek medical care the same day for an erection that will not go down after the ring is off, or one that becomes painful, and for heavy bruising, swelling or skin that breaks down.

Is the Vacurect safe to use with ED medication?

Many men use vacuum therapy alongside or instead of medication, but check with your doctor first. The device itself is drug-free, which is one reason men who cannot take ED pills choose it.

Is shipping discreet?

Yes. Every order leaves our clinic in plain packaging with no product names visible. Canadian shipping is free over $150, and we ship worldwide in 4 to 6 days.
