These shorts provide excellent support. I don't realize how much they are helping until I take them off and then I wish I had them back on haha. I put them on before I hop out of bed which help greatly to decrease pressure, pain and discomfort. I am usually a small but when i measured myself the size guide said medium. I i thought it might be a bit big but the fit great. So definitely use the recommended size. Iwas hesitant to buy them but I feel they were well worth it.

Nicole Smith is a wonderful specialized physiotherapist. She has a great understanding of what hypermobile individuals need and looks at the whole picture. This is one smart little toy with a lot of application to practice the muscles on a daily basic's. It will bring your back the force needed to take control of your pelvic within your mind control. I highly recommend Blueberry Therapy's shop service. My questions about sizing for SRC Continence Support Shorts were answered by phone in a helpful, professional and pleasant manner. No long wait on "hold" as often happens elsewhere these days. The shorts I ordered arrived within a very few days. I've tried the small and Xsmall. While Small is somewhat effective I found it more comfortable for wearing a full day. The Xsmall is a more effective addition in my urge incontinence 'tool box'. I use it more for hiking or social events that don't last all day. Living in Northern Ontario makes it difficult to use Blueberry pelvic physio services. I'm impressed with what I've seen of Blueberry so far and wish I lived closer so I could become a client/patient.

I had a pelvic floor consult with Maddie today and I had such a great experience. Everything was very very clear, comfortable and educational. I felt very seen and understood, and it felt like chatting with a friend in the best way. I learned a lot about pelvic health in general, and specifically my own. Maddie gave me some things to do at home before our next appointment and I feel super confident in my understanding of the exercises to do on my own. I would recommend this office to anyone, everyone was so friendly and kind, and Maddie was so incredible to work with, she’d be a great provider for anyone.
